Heather is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). After seven years as an HR Manager in the public sector, she set up as an HR consultant in 2004. This role has involved work with a range of employers in the charity, private and public sectors on a variety of self-contained and ongoing projects, both strategic and operational - these have covered grievance, disciplinary, training, redundancy, and performance management amongst others.
She is also an assessor for the National Training Awards and previously for the Apprenticeship Awards. She is a director of a small limited company.
