Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers canceling their orders will have their payment refunded in full – less any shipping costs - within seven days of the charity's receipt of the returned goods.
The seven-day period allowed for returns is not intended to allow customers to 'trial' our products and all products returned to us must be unused and in new condition in order for us to accept the return. Please contact us first to authorise a return before returning goods to us.
Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund, so customers with any doubts over suitability of products are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have any question regarding our refund policy, please contact us.
