Burton Cottages - Robertsbridge Support Workers

Burton Cottages -Robertsbridge

We are looking to recruit new, highly motivated and reliable staff to join our existing team to support adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition in their homes, Resource Centres and in the community.
This very exciting opportunity would suit people who are keen to learn, reliable, flexible and have a person centred approach. The role requires shift work and some weekend, evening and on call duties.

Essential Criteria: The successful candidate will have experience in working with vulnerable people with challenging needs, excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Competent using IT. Positive, reliable and flexible approach to the responsibilities required of the post and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
.
Desirable Criteria: Experience in social care and NVQ level2/3 in health and social care is a benefit. However, we are very keen to consider applicants who are keen to learn. Full UK drivers licence.
You will receive a high level of induction, supervision and on-going specialist training.

Support Workers, 2x 37 hours per week : ref BCC1/BCT
Salary £13,603 per annum- £15,169 per annum depending on qualification.

Community Support Worker West Sussex

Richmond Place Resource Centre - Brighton

We are looking to recruit new, highly motivated and reliable staff to join our existing team to support adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition in their homes, Resource Centres and in the community.

Essential Criteria: The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in working with people with autism or learning disability and a positive attitude to work with people with complex needs. Full uk drivers licence held for at least a year is essential.

Community Support Workers, 3x PT 30 hours per week (one position Fixed term 1 year to cover maternity leave)

Bank Relief Staff in children’s & adult’s services


The Adult Residential Service supports people with Autism and moderate/severe Learning Disabilities living in a residential home, supporting them in all aspects of their lives, and helping them to develop skills to increase independence.

Bank Relief Staff, children’s & adult’s services: Wkdays: £8.45, Wkends: £10.00 ref: Bank

The successful candidate will have experience in working with vulnerable people and the right attitude to supporting challenging needs in a positive and planned way.

All posts consist of shift work between 7am and 11pm, including weekends and sleep ins. Some of the children’s staff are required to carry out occasional waking night duties.

A relevant qualification and a full driver’s licence are desirable, essential for some posts.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly committed staff team, and you will be supported to access specialist training and develop real expertise.
